Robert Boylan Director Rob holds a Master of Urban Development and Sustainability from Rob has spent over 40 years investing, developing and running businesses. Over this time Rob’s expertise has included property valuation, property development & management, development of retirement living projects, hotels, back packers, land subdivisions, industrial complexes and home units. From 1970 to 1988 Rob was principal of MD Barraclough & Boylan Valuers and from 1989 to 1991 Rob was Managing Director of MD Laing and Simmons, Australia. From 1992 to 2000 Rob was Managing Director of VPC United – Project Managers and Valuers. With over 40 years experience in business, Rob has an envious network and experience in the asset management industry. Ron Borland Director Ron holds a Master of Urban Development and Sustainability from Ron possesses a vast corporate knowledge with expertise and hands on experience in many fields including property development, building construction, property & strata management, sustainability consultancy and property sales. Ron has over 39 years of experience in real estate, property management & project development. In 1986 Ron started Berela Constructions, a Building and Development Company. Ron built the company up and listed it on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) in October 1993. Ron was CEO and major shareholder of the company as it became one of Australia’s largest housing and multi-unit builders in Australia. Upon selling out of Berela, Ron has spent the last eight years undertaking his own personal property developments. In 2007 - 2008 Ron undertook a Masters Degree in Urban Development and Sustainability at Bond University. Ron’s theoretical knowledge, combined with his practical experience is sure to assist you in any property related scenario you may have. Nathan Lude Director Nathan has completed a Master of Urban Development and Sustainability from Bond University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Asset Management, has a Bachelor of Business Majoring in Marketing and is a fully licenced Property Agent. Nathan is also a member of the Australian Property Institute, The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Institute of Company Directors and the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies. Nathan is currently Managing Director of ASX listed company, Emergent Resources and has had broad experience working in the Mining and Asset Management Industry. Nathan's is also a director of a number of unlisted companies and has extensive experience in, Property & Project Sales, Amalgamation & Aggregation, Project Management & Marketing and Facility Management for the past 14 years. Nathan has worked in UK, USA, Cayman Islands and Australia. Nathan’s business background has included business restructures for KPMG, the establishment of new business entities and the rebuilding/operations of businesses through venture capital investments associated with the asset management industry. Combined with Nathan’s academic background, Nathan has the management experience and ability to manage any prevailing or developing asset. Jennifer Hsu Jennifer holds a Master of Urban Development and Sustainability and Master of Business Law from Bond University, a Bachelor of Architecture and is a Green Star Accredited Professional Assessor. Jennifer has had excellent grounding in providing strategic advice to corporations, developers and proprietors in building design and architectural issues throughout Asia. Jennifer has proven, notable strengths in the design processes of residential homes, commercial property and or refurbishment projects. Jennifer is also a memeber of the Australia Property Institute. Throughout her professional work, Jennifer is recognised to be solutions orientated with high analytical aptitude in planning, design and property solutions implementation. With the growing range of sustainable issues within the built environment, Jennifer’s experience in building architecture combined with her theoretical knowledge on Green building design, and sustainability, is sure to assist you in the initial design process of any building design or retrofit. As such, Jennifer is committed to apply her qualifications and expertise in the specialty of property design and management with the aim to deliver the highest and best use of any prevailing asset.
